"What struck me about those days was being served—whether it was at a Howard Johnson, or a Holiday Inn or a full-service Marriott—the service was always consistent, and almost always exceptional," Stuart said. "We were served well, and this happened from the East Coast to the West Coast. There was a spirit of hospitality across the land that was unmistakable, palpable and delightful."

This early exposure to genuine hospitality laid the foundation for Stuart's distinguished career in the industry, working with iconic brands including The Walt Disney World Dolphin, Loews Hotels, and many others. His experiences taught him that the spirit of hospitality—when properly nurtured and sustained—becomes the cornerstone of long-term business success.
